Submit a Display
Want to add to the magical experience? You simply need to supply your display and set it up, provide extension cords and ensure it is secured. Then, just show us what to do!
Things to know:
- Displays can be as large or as small as you wish.
Either way, we would love to have you!
- Incorporate your organization’s banners, mascots and assets to bring recognition to your brand.
- We will provide an illuminated sign with your logo in front of your display.
- Your logo will also be predominantly placed on our Sponsors page, with a clickable link.
- Displays do not have to be manned.
- In the week following the festival, you will need to return to dismantle your display and clean up your area.
There is no cost for entering a display, but we want to make sure every spot is lit! Unfortunately due to several no-shows last year, we have had to implement a $100 deposit which will be required to reserve a spot for your display.*
